Our Cancellation Policy

 

Your appointments are very important to the B'Spoke team. We hold your appointments specifically for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, you provide us with at least 48 hours notice.

 

Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: No charge.

 

Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: A fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged.

 

“No Shows”: Will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

 

We understand that life happens! However, these policies allow us to notify our standby clients of any openings and keep our stylists’ schedules filled. Thank you for supporting our small business!
